Ready – Great !! Congratulations !! You’ve made a smart and wise decision. This is obviously a greener, cleaner and healthier alternative to traditional cigarettes or cigars.

But there are A LOT of different types to choose from…

I have listed some of the most popular kinds of e cigarettes along with the e-Cigarette pros and cons of each:

1. Super Cigarette. Looks very similar to a regular cigarette but this is just a little longer. Nicotine levels offered are High-18mg, Med-14mg, Low11mg, Zero- 0mg

Pros/Strength: It produces a nice amount of vapor. Has one of the highest mg of nicotine available. This has the most similar size and feel to a tobacco cigarette. The battery life is quite good and dependable.

Cons/Weakness: Cartridge size is a bit smaller that some other models and you may have to replace or refill it more often. Lowest nicotine level 11 mg is too far spread to drop the habit to zero mg.

2. The Mini Cigarettes Shorter than the Super but the diameter is basically the same. The mouthpiece which is tapered, is the main difference here. A 3 pc unit that is refillable.

Pros/Strength: It produces a decent amount of vapor and good battery life.

Cons/Weakness: Seems more like a small cigar. A lot of people are claiming this electronic cig has an odd shape and feel to it, like a thinner cigar rather than a conventional cigarette. Must keep atomizer clean to be fresh and strong.

3. The Super Mini Just what it sounds like… the smallest type e cig available.

Pros/Strength: Easy to use and carry, compact.

Cons/Weakness: Because of the size, the cartridge, batteries and atomizer are also small. This causes a weaker vapor and shorter battery life. Atomizer is refillable and needs to stay clean for best vapor.

4. Disposable e-Cigarettes. Self contained. You won’t need to change/refill cartridges or charge a battery. Great for use and dispose.

Strength: People find this model very convenient. No worry about damaging the unit from weather or droppage. Model is a throw away.

Weakness: Can get expensive and may seem a bit wasteful.

5. GreenSmoke Best vapor volume. 2 pc unit has built-in atomizer.
More nicotine levels 16mg, 8mg, 6mg, 4mg, 0mg.

Pros/Strength: I saved the best for last, the Green Smoke electronic cig is my personal favorite. Best feel and size to a regular cigarette. Delivers the most robust vapor and authentic smoking experience. Lowest nicotine level 4mg is easier to transition to stop nicotine smoking at 0mg.

Cons/Weakness: Initially cost upfront is a bit more expensive. But the quality and convenience of a 2 pc design outweighs the cheaper brands, which in the longer run these e cigarettes will cost as much or more to replace or refill or just plain quit working for you.

But don’t rush and buy electric cigarettes just yet!

No.#1 common complaint is that the atomizers get clogged.  When this happens the quality of vapor and volume is greatly compromised.  Another dilemma can be short battery life span.
